Great for supplementing real meals. Love that they are using the proper stuff, instead of mountains of the carbonate crap. Wish they would put maybe a bit more vit D in the comp but I get that it is an all in one so they can't overdo on D3.

Excellent RDA of all the vitamins and minerals and the right types e.g B12 is in cobalamin form and capsule has no nasty bulking e.g calcium carbonate which hardens the arteries. Best swallow with a teaspoon of fat/cube of cheese to help the capsule do down. Thank you for using a glass jar and for leaving out all the toot that other companies sell.
